Stainless Steel Pillow Plates

THERMOPLATES are Fabdec’s stainless steel pillow plate heat exchangers, designed for efficient heating, cooling and heat transfer across industrial and process systems. Each plate is laser welded and inflated to create internal channels for the heating or cooling medium.

THERMOPLATES can be supplied as standalone pillow plates for separate purchase or integrated directly into Fabdec-built systems, including process vessels, falling film chillers, immersion cooling systems, tank jackets and heat recovery equipment.

Why THERMOPLATES?

THERMOPLATES are built for applications where efficient heat transfer, stainless steel durability and compact design are important. Their inflated channel design allows heating or cooling media to pass through the plate and transfer energy across a large surface area.

Fabdec manufactures THERMOPLATES in-house using specialist laser welding technology. This gives greater control over plate design, weld pattern, connection layout and integration into wider stainless steel systems.

THERMOPLATES can be purchased separately for use within your own equipment or specified as part of a complete Fabdec system. This gives engineers, OEMs and project teams flexibility when selecting stainless steel heat transfer surfaces for heating, cooling or process temperature control.
