Fabdec have recently started recruiting more people in several crunch areas of the business. New starters include welders and factory staff as well as specialists in transportation to handle the demands of post-Brexit logistics. The company has also taken on an apprentice Digital Marketer to push the company’s online presence and promote its growing portfolio of products within the different sectors. The recruitment process is ongoing!

The company is also in the process of upgrading its central ERP system to bring all company transactions into a single database. This will greatly simplify all operations within the business.

This all comes on the back of recent investments in a UK-first laser welder for more efficient factory output, solar panels on the factory roof and a dynamic and multilingual company website.

In short, having recently celebrated its 60th anniversary we think the company can go from strength to strength to meet the new challenges ahead.
