We provide stainless steel services to food, beverage and processing industry professionals.
Specialising in the design and manufacture of bespoke solutions, our in-house design team can tailor to customer requirements by accommodating any onsite layout or restrictions.
Our tanks are ideal for use in a variety of food and beverage-related enterprises; whether you are making beer, soft drinks, mineral water, or even Kombucha, we build and sell a wide range of containers to meet your requirements.
We can design and construct everything from process storage to mixing containers to meet your specifications.
We also provide a full standard vessel range, which includes fermenters, conditioning vessels, and DPVs.
ASSOCIATED & BESPOKE VESSELS
BRITANX offers various designs of vessels such as pressure, atmospheric, storage, cooling, heating, mixing and custom-designed vessels. We also offer our clients the option of contract manufacturing where we fabricate for customers existing designs.
Our vessels are able to operate in many non-food & drink industries including biotech and cosmetics.
All of our vessels are made from high-quality stainless steel to pharmaceutical standards and are suitable for use in production areas where the highest hygiene standards are required.
MANUFACTURING CAPABILITIES
We have a 65,000sq. ft. manufacturing facility and currently build vessels up to 500HL. We strive to exceed customer expectations in product design, manufacture and performance. To achieve this goal we continue to invest in our resources, staff and of course machinery.
Our state-of-the-art pillowplate laser welder is the only one of its kind currently in operation in the UK and it means we are now even better equipped to meet your design requirements for your process vessels. We offer both standard and bespoke heat exchanger plates up to 2 metres wide by 7 metres long for dairy, brewery and other process industries. These can be supplied as single plates or as manifold assemblies.
State-of-the-art machinery and a well-trained, skilled workforce ensure every Fabdec product is a sound investment.

Bewdley Brewery has used BRITANX Ltd for two bespoke vessels. Both vessels perform well to their design specifications. The vessels were extremely well made to our specifications. We were kept informed at every stage in the design and manufacturing process with new/revised drawings made available to us as and when required. We were also invited to the factory in Shropshire to see our vessels being made. The very fact that BRITANX is UK-based is a huge plus to us because you get a personal one-to-one service from the initial enquiry right through to delivery.
