Join our dedicated service team and help maintain and install advanced milk cooling systems for customers across Shropshire, Staffordshire, Chester, and North Wales. You’ll diagnose and repair electrical, mechanical, and refrigeration faults while ensuring full compliance with F-Gas regulations. In addition, you’ll install bulk milk tanks, ice builders, heat recovery units, plate coolers, and condensing systems, supporting farmers and processors with reliable, efficient equipment.
This is a full-time position working 40 hours per week, supported by an on-call rota that ensures responsive customer service when needed. The salary is negotiable depending on experience, with additional development opportunities provided to help you advance your technical expertise.
We’re looking for a skilled engineer with F-Gas certification, electrical testing experience up to 415v, and the ability to diagnose and replace motors, components, and wiring. Knowledge of plumbing, pumps, and cylinder systems is also beneficial. In addition, you’ll collaborate closely with engineers and project teams to deliver bespoke stainless steel solutions that meet strict ISO 9001 quality requirements.
This full-time role offers a 38-hour working week, Monday to Thursday, giving you a long weekend every week while maintaining a steady work schedule. The salary is negotiable depending on experience, recognising your craftsmanship, technical ability, and contribution to our engineering excellence.
We’re looking for a skilled fabricator with experience in stainless steel welding, ideally within the dairy, food, or process sectors. Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and a commitment to high standards are essential.
