Ellesmere-based manufacturer Fabdec has rewarded 10 employees for their long service with the company at a presentation held on 20th December. The awards were split between those with 25 years’ service and those with 30 and included a diverse range of disciplines within the business.

The recipients were presented with a voucher as well as a certificate for their hard work over the years by managing director Chris Powell following a short ceremony. They will all also receive a loyalty bonus in time for Christmas.

Chris Powell, managing director at Fabdec, said: “This award is testament to the hard work they have put in over the past three decades to build Fabdec into what it is today, and it’s richly deserved by all. The team at Fabdec is like a family, and this attitude is absolutely key to retaining the best talent in the industry. It’s a proud moment for us as an organisation to be able to show that the approach is paying dividends and that staff are happy to remain with us for the long term.”

“All those that are receiving this award are assets to our organisation and have played a major role in getting us to where we are today. From a personal perspective, being able to give out these awards is an absolute pleasure and I look forward to presenting more in the future as we continue to grow and invest further in the business and our staff.”
